My husband and I made these together— SO much fun and SO delicious! I had to share!


This base bread recipe is great for breakfast with some healthy fats and protein like nut butter or with a couple of eggs. Then, adding the streusel + icing transforms them into a super yummy and festive dessert!

2. Buffalo Chicken Dip

Both paleo + Whole30, this dip is super flavorful and amazing to have with veggies or chips for game day or as a meal over quinoa with some veggies!


My husband Joey is a Patriots fan, and we've enjoyed making this on game day lately to enjoy together while watching football on the weekend!

Here's a super easy sheet pan recipe to meal prep and enjoy during your week!


I recommend keeping the veggie skins on for extra fiber, vitamins, and minerals! You can even add in other veggies too like carrot, beet, and parsnip for more color and nutrient diversity!
