Get sunshine… It's so important to get your daily dose of vitamin D! It affects SO much— our mood, our body's regulation, and more! Of course, you want to get it in moderation to not get sunburnt (more to come in the next tip). But, a few “sun meals” each day of 15-20 minutes are great for getting you up and outside. I find that I usually feel an immediate sense of refreshment upon getting some sunshine throughout my day! Aim to get 3 “sun meals” just like your 3 meals of food throughout the day. Nourishment is more than just food!
